1. Do you deliver parcels to other countries?
Yes, we send parcels by UKPOST worldwide (except for the russia to be burned) with a track number for tracking.

2. How much does delivery cost outside of Ukraine?
Delivery costs from 15 to 35€, depending on the weight and volume of the order.

3. How do you ship across Ukraine?
Within Ukraine, we send by Nova Poshta.

4. Do you have returns or exchanges?
No, because all products are made to order, taking into account your measurements (but you can always write to us and we can try to negotiate).

5. If the products are sewn to order, what is the production period?
Usually, sewing the product takes 3-5 working days.

6. If the size of the product does not fit, can I choose custom sizes?
Yes, for this, use the form when placing an order and enter your measurements. We will sew the product according to your measurements.

7. What size grid?
Most of our products have one standard size, because we sew oversized, which fits several sizes at once. The dimensions for each product are indicated on the product page.

8. How to take measurements correctly?
For shoulder pieces, we usually need bust, waist and hip measurements. Waist, hip and desired product length are required for waist products. Chest and hip measurements are taken at the widest point. The length of the product is measured from the waist down.
